Ashley Thierry has been in the fitness industry for 13 years and has been trained in all apparatuses from various companies. Her goal was to not learn just one method from one company. She wanted to learn them all. So she did something out of the ordinary and started taking all the most different pilates trainings to figure out where she (as an instructor) fit in best. She learned everything from classical, contemporary, individualized studio methods, fitness and cardio based Pilates. Over the course of her training, she realized she didn’t like only one of them and knew a new method could be developed over time with trial and error. Now, Ashley has developed her own method, the Pilates Thierry method. The Pilates Thierry method draws principles from the various trainings Ashley has received to bring a comprehensive fitness program.
Best way to describe this training. If you put classical on one side of the spectrum and lagree on the other. Pilates Thierry will land smack dab in the middle.
You will learn the best of both worlds. contemporary pilates and fitness pilates. Ashley’s teaching method (her teaching formula) is what makes this training stand out from the rest.
