Mat Pilates - Yoga mat, 2-3 pound hand weights, Pilates ring, light/medium/heavy booty bands, Pilates ball.

YES! Our Mat Pilates Course is 4 sessions virtual and 4 sessions in person. If you live out of state or cannot make it to the in-person sessions this entire Mat course can be done via live Zoom.

Yes! Each course there is a non refundable deposit to hold your spot (which counts as your first payment) then you will have a call with Ashley and discuss which payment plan works best for you.

after the discussion Ashley will have everything typed up and have you sign a legal Promise To Pay contract.

If you choose to use a payment plan you will fill out a credit card authorization form and sign a legal promise to pay document with all payment amounts and dates listed. Ashleys payment system through wellsfargo "authorize.net" will auto debit your card on the agreed upon dates.

Not only does Ashley put an extreme amount of time and energy into these courses they are also highly sought out for. They sell out in 48 hours. If you sign up for the course then change your mind and want a refund that is loss of income for Ashley and the energy she has put into welcoming you to the group, someone else did not get the spot that you are giving up, it’s also incentive for you to stay in the program holding you accountable.

I do not suggest you miss any.. but I get it. Life happens.

Ashley Is very strict on the numbers provided below. If you miss more sessions than what is allowed, you will not be able to finish the program and will have to re-apply/attend the next.

Tower/chair - 0 sessions

Yes all sessions are recorded but you must be in person attending the class to count as attendance. If you attend virtually via zoom thats great! But that still counts as a session missed. 

I am very strict on this. Use your "missed" sessions wisely..

Taking this certification course is just like going to college. Once you get your diploma, it is up to YOU to go out, interview, audition and get that job.
Ashley cannot guarantee you a job after you graduate but she can help guide you in the right direction. 

There are thousand upon thousand Pilates certification programs in Los Angeles. People ask all the time is this the right one for me? and then ask me 1 million questions about other Teacher Training programs that they have heard of.  While, I do not mind answering them with the little information, I know about another program… Please always know that a certification is a certification. Pilates has absolutely no governing force that keeps the industry structured. If you want a super old-school classical training then take their course. If you like the style of Lagree,  take their course. If you like my style, then take mine.

Yes, you have to be certified to get a job. But to be completely transparent and honest, you have to be a great teacher. You could get the most established well known Pilates certification in the world but if you are  a crappy teacher, when you audition for the job, you are not going to get hired.
