Pilates For Cyclists

Pilates & Recovery for Cyclists

2 Hour fitness event that is cycle specific.


 50 minutes of mat Pilates focusing on evening out muscle imbalances and catering to the deeper intercostal core muscles that will enhance the riders performance. The second portion is 50 minutes of stretching and recovery focusing on the problem areas cyclists experience through their profession. 


Water and fitness equipment will be supplied.


What to bring: Yoga Mat and towel.


What to wear: fitness clothing of your choice nothing  baggy.


Shoes, sticky socks or barefoot is your preferred choice for the class.
